Aly Calkins opened Salon361 in 2012 with a vision: to create a high-end salon experience right here in a small town. Gone are the days of commuting to the big city for top-tier beauty services—Salon361 set out to bring that level of care and professionalism home to central Ohio.

What started as a small space with big dreams quickly became something more. From day one, Aly believed the team and culture she was building were just as important as the services being offered. That commitment to excellence—and to people—has helped Salon361 grow into the premier beauty destination in the region.

Aly believes you can have it all: a family-first mindset, a meaningful career, and the chance to uplift and empower others. She leads with purpose and heart—mentoring her team, treating them like family, and making sure clients feel that same warmth.

Behind the scenes, her husband Ty and their three kids—Hudson, Mia, and Ryatt—are her biggest supporters. Aly has a passion for guiding new stylists straight out of school, helping them grow into confident professionals and masters of their craft. She encourages balance, celebrates personal and professional milestones, and takes pride in watching her team build not just careers—but full, fulfilling lives.
