What started as a small space with big dreams quickly became something more. From day one, Aly believed the team and culture she was building were just as important as the services being offered. That commitment to excellence—and to people—has helped Salon361 grow into the premier beauty destination in the region.
Aly believes you can have it all: a family-first mindset, a meaningful career, and the chance to uplift and empower others. She leads with purpose and heart—mentoring her team, treating them like family, and making sure clients feel that same warmth.
Behind the scenes, her husband Ty and their three kids—Hudson, Mia, and Ryatt—are her biggest supporters. Aly has a passion for guiding new stylists straight out of school, helping them grow into confident professionals and masters of their craft. She encourages balance, celebrates personal and professional milestones, and takes pride in watching her team build not just careers—but full, fulfilling lives.
