We accept cash, venmo, or credit/debit cards and digital payments. A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

For safety reasons, we recommend not bringing children unless they are receiving a service. We cannot assume responsibility for unattended children.

Exceptions may be made for:

    •    Baby carriers

    •    Nursing mothers

    •    Supervised siblings or family members

Due to limited space, children and extra guests cannot be accommodated at the nail bar unless receiving a service.

We do not offer refunds on services performed. However, if you are unsatisfied, we will gladly adjust our work. If you prefer a different stylist for the correction, let us know, and we will arrange an alternative solution.

We stand by our work and are committed to quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.

For nail services, if chipping or lifting occurs within the first week, we offer a free nail repair.
